The first name which comes to our mind when planning for a vacation is “Manali”. That too in winter it’s the best place to visit because the downfall in its temperature doubles the beauty of it. There are many famous places to Visit in Manali. Visiting Manali is the first pefference for the trip planner to enjoy the earth beauty with sports.

Manali is a hill station located in the himalayas of northern Himachal Pradesh covered with snow capped mountains, apple fields, flower gardens, the tall pine trees and the pleasant air. It is known as the honeymoon spot for tourists and serves as an arch for Skiing, Trekking, Paragliding, Mountaineering, Horse Riding, Hiking, Kayaking, Mountain Biking, Rock Climbing and River Rafting. It is widely known as the Paradise on Earth which attracts a large crowd towards it not just from India, but also from around the whole world.

Vashisht Baths: The name of this place is originated from the great Sage Vashisht, teacher of Rama. It is famous for its hot water springs indulged with medicinal properties which provides refreshes for both body as well as mind. This place is divided into two parts one for men and the other for women to make them comfortable.

The Greatest Himalayan National Park: It is like a newly addition to the national parks in India which became famous for variety of animal and bird species in the park.

Kullu: When we heard the name manali, we combine it with kullu which is like a sister town. Kullu is a town in Himachal Pradesh situated on the banks of river Beas famous for its beautiful landscape, river streams, hill station, Pine trees and sacred temples. It is also famous for adventurous sports like rafting, trekking, paragliding and mountaineering.

Manu temple: This temple is constructed in the memorial of Lord Manu who is believed to be the inventor of human race and also the name Manali is originated from his name, in other words called as the Residency of Manu. The fine architecture on the walls and the historical background of the temple attracts people towards it.

Museum of Himachal Pradesh Culture and Folk Art: This museum is famous for the collection of ancient and traditional monuments like weapons, household objects and instruments which we can’t blink our eyes even a second.

Tibetan Monastery: This Monastary is next to Vanvihar consists of a Buddhist statue which gives the people peace and calm within a glance. There were prayer wheels in the entrance and there was a belief that by turning the wheel in clockwise direction, an excellent meditating power will be provided. The garden around it and the Monastery structure gives an excellent view for the people to visit.

Vanvihar: It is a park situated beside the mall road covered with tall pine trees and deodar trees. The most attractive part of Vanvihar is it’s situated in the middle of the park in which boat riding takes place. Children and adults enjoy the boat riding and made them to visit frequently.

Jogini Waterfalls: It is a mesmerizing waterfall situated away from Vashisht baths which is famous for its melodious sounds and the dazzling view of the rushing water. The beauty of the nature attracted everyone and ranked as one of the top tourist place in Manali.
