Gayatri Mantra includes 24 letters and each is related to 24 glands of the body. This mantra on chanting provides strength and positivity among oneself. The mantra is as follows:
ॐ भूर्भुवः स्वः तत्सवितुर्वरेण्यं । भर्गो देवस्य धीमहि धियो यो नः प्रचोदयात् ॥
Aum Bhurbhuva svah tatsavitur bhargo devasya dhimahi dhiyoyonah prachodayat.
In this mantra Aum indicates the divine spiritual chant,
Bhur stands for Bhu Loka means earth,
Bhuva means the Sky,
swah means swarg that is heaven,
Tat means tejoy agni that is fire
Savitur stands for the Sun
Varaniyam stands for prajapati Brahma
Bhargo stands for Jal means water
Devasya stands for divine effulgence from nature
Dhimahi stands for antaraytma the divine soul
Dhi stands for divine intelligence(Brahma)
Yanh stands for lord shiv swaroop
Prachodayat means spiritual consciousness
This spiritual mantra, inspire the soul and push towards meditation. Also four directions East, North, West and South directions origin and importance lies in Gayatri. Gayatri is the true and total knowledge. Each and every word of Gayatri mantra consists of immortal and mysterious theory. This knowledge is present since the formation of universe.
Scientifically it is observed that, human brain and intelligence or its mind is originated from the nature’s spiritual brain in the form of electron and liberates energy. The prayer done by chanting “Savitu” word is related to Sun. It is the Sun who adhere every organism and provides them life. This organism then spiritually merged in the Sun.
Gayatri Mantra endorses the vitality; happiness and enlighten the soul and also free from all the sin. This blissful energy is internally adopted by us who guides our mind intellectually in the correct direction.
Gayatri had 24 Letters, 4 Veda, 6 Direction and 5 Head. 24 letters are seen in Gayatri Mantra, four Vedas are Rigveda, Yajurveda, Samveda and Artharveda. Six directions are East, North, West, South are the four directions, fifth one is Aakash and the sixth is Pataal.
व्यकर्णोरःअसहा प्रथम शिर्सोभवति शिक्षा द्वितीय कल्पस्त्रितीय निर्हस्तक्ष्यचतुर्थ ज्योतिशमयन्मिति पन्चम
Vyakarnorahasaha pratham shirsobhavati, shiksha dwitiya, kalpastritiya, Niruhastakshyachaturtha jyotishamayanmiti panchama (ga.2.3.)
This means the first head of Gayatri is Vyakaran, second is shiksha, third is kalp, fourth is nirukta and fifth is Jyotish.
Gayatri in the red race in the East, Savitri of the white race in the south, and the mantra of the Saraswati of the Krishna race in the west. Their residential places are erected as the earth, the sky, and the heaven. These three elements are completed with the different voice of aakaar, ukaar, makaar.
Gayatri Chhand:
Chhand is the natural medium to express the finner emotions of the heart. Gayatri consisits of seven main chhands or stanzas: Gayatri, Tristup, Jagati, Anushtup, Brihati, Ushnik and Triravrata.
Gayatri Chhand consists of 3 padas of eight syllabus, containing 24 syllabus in each stanza’s.
Trishtup consists of 4 Padas of 11 syllabus, containing 44 syllabus in each stanza’s.
Jagati consists of 4 Padas of 12 syllabus containing 48 syllabus in each stanza.
Anushtup consists of 4 padas of 8 syllabus containing 32 syllabus in each stanza.
Brihati consists of 4 padas (8+8+12+8) containing 36 syllabus in each stanza.
Ushnik consists of 4 padas of 7 syllabus containing 28 syllabus in each stanza
Pankti consists of 4 padas (sometimes 5) containing 40 syllabus in each stanza.
Gayatri contains 24 shaktiya namely prahaladani, pragya, vishvabhadra, vilasini, prabha, shanta, ma kanti,sparsha, durga, Saraswati, Virupa, Vishalaxi, Shalini, Vyapini, Vimla, Tamopharini, Sukshamavachva,Padmalaya, Virja, Vishwarupa, Bhadra,Krupa,and Sarvotomukhi.
First letter is agni devatva means agni the fire is the head of that letter. Second is prajapati devatva, third is Chandra devatva, fourth is ishaan (shiv) devatva, fifth is aaditya, sixth is grahpatya agni, seventh mantra devatva, eighth is bhagdevatva, ninth aryama, tenth savita, eleventh tvasta, twelth pusha, thirteenth indra agni, fourteenth vayu, fifteenth vamdev, sisteenth maitra varun, seventeenth bhratravya, eighteenth Vishnu, nineteenth vaman, twentieth vaishvadev, twenty one is Rudra, twenty two is Kuber, twenty third is Ashvinikumar, and the twenty fourth is bhrahmadi devatva. These all are deities.
These examples show that Gayatri knowledge is the universal knowledge. The secret of the truth of every letter of Gayatri is filled with process. The script of this knowledge is eternal. This eternal knowledge is now known to all scientists and researcher’s.

त्रिभ्य एव तु वेदेभ्य: पादम् पादमदूदुहत् ।
नदिन्युचोऽस्या: सवित्र्या: परमेष्ठी प्रजापति: ॥

सर्वे वेद सारभूता गायत्र्यास्तु समर्चना
ब्रह्मादयोपि संध्यायम तनध्यायानतीजपंती च
Gayatri worship is the real summary of all four Vedas which is meditated with evening prayers by Brahma and all other deities. During the Mahabharata period, Yudhisthir in his curosity asked Bhisma-Pitamah, Which is the most favorable mantra to get birth in mahan kul- great gene. Mantra that can be chanted anytime during entry, exit, working hours and during prayer time which endeavors success. Bhisma Pitamah replies:
यानपात्रे च याने च प्रवासे राजवेश्मनि ।
परांसिद्धिमवाप्नोति सावित्री ह्युतमांपऽन् ॥
न च राज्भयं तेषां न पिशाचान्न राक्षसात्।
नाग्त्यम्बुपवनव्यालाद भयं तस्योपजायने ॥
चतुर्णामपि वर्णानामश्रमस्य विशेषतः ।
करोति सततं शान्ति सावित्रीमुतमां पठन् ॥
नाम्निर्दहति काष्ठानि सावित्रि यत्रपठ्यते ।
न तत्र बालोम्रियते न चतिष्ठान्ति पन्नगाः ॥
न तेषां विध्यते दुःख गच्छन्तिपरमां गतिम् ।
ये श्रृण्वन्ति महद्ब्रहम सवित्रीगुणकीर्तनम् ॥
गवामध्ये तुपठनो गावोऽस्य बहुवत्सलाः ।
प्रस्थाने वा प्रवासे वा सर्वावस्थांगनः पठेत ॥
जपतां जुह्वतां नित्य च प्रयतान्मनाम् ।
ऋृषीणां परमंजप्यं गुह्यमेतन्नरधिप ॥
याथातथ्येन सिद्धस्य इतिहासं पुरातनम् ।
पराशर्मतं दिव्यं शक्राय कथितं पुरा ॥
तदेतते समाख्यान् तथ्य ब्रहमसनातम् ।
ह्रदय सर्वभूताना श्रुतिरेषासनातनी ॥
