A day to celebrate the beautiful bond of love between brothers and sisters is here. A sister ties a sacred thread known as ‘Rakhi’ on her brother’s wrist and prays to the almighty for his success and well-being. And brother in return gives her a gift and promises to protect her from all the troubles life.
I have tied Rakhi to all my brothers with great love and respect and always prayed for their prosperity. Cooking delicious food and making mouth licking sweets for all of them is a must. Buying the best Rakhi from the shop is my motto. And on tying the Rakhi on the auspicious day of Raksha Bandhan, I received so many gifts and chocolates from them. We all played like buddies and fought like foes when little. My sister Trupti Bhatt, and I were the most pampered as we were the only girls among six boys in our family. We all cousins had great time together. We played games, shared stories, went for outings, and had great fun. As we grew the love and care between us grew too. We celebrate this festival with all our heart and great devotion. The bond of love between us grows stronger and stronger with each passing day.
It is said that brothers and sisters are Best Friends Forever.And so are my brothers. They are my best friends. Time and distance can never apart us. No matter wherever we are, near or far, we will be always close by heart. We celebrate our happy moments together with cheer and joy and sad by being one another’s support.
