This lovely pair is famous as ‘DeepVeer’ in bollywood. This bright stars are much known for their work sincerity and punctuality on the set. A beautiful journey started on 2013 with a film called Goliyon ki Raasleela Ram-Leela starring with Ranveer and Deepika under the direction of Sanjay Leela Bhansali. In Ram-Leela movie their chemistry worked like a mesmerizing part which one can’t blink his eyes for a second. Their onscreen chemistry also worked as a off screen friendship. After 2 years, the director Sanjay Leela Bansali again coupled them in a movie called ‘Bajirao Mastani’ which acquired a huge hit. At first they maintained the friendship but soon realized their love towards each other and kept it secretly.
In the movie promotions, Ranveer expressed his feelings how he felt working with her again. He said “It’s my privilege that I get work with her twice during this phase in Ram-Leela and Bajirao Mastani.I trust her immensely,l know she is one of the most generous actors that I have ever worked with.I know that I can surrender to her in a scene just connect with her look into her eyes and really mean what I’m saying. She’s an incredible performer”. Those words made people know about their relationship somehow.
After that Deepika was spotted in the hospital along with Ranveer as he was operated to his shoulder. One whole night she stayed in the hospital and took care of him. After few days they began to attend together for the events. At JIFA awards Ranveer enchanted the audience and fans by bending on the knee in front of and presented a red heart to her.
Again Sanjay Leela Bansali united them in a movie called Padmavat another blockbuster in bollywood industry. While promoting their third film, Deepika said a few words about Ranveer, “I’m bored when people say that I love his energy. The man has so much more! He is an extremely good human being. He is Kind and good to people. He is very real,emotional and sensitive. He is a man who is not afraid to cry and I love that about him. He is a man!” These words shows her love towards him.
They were spotted in many secret trips to the media. Ranveer Singh was spotted on the shoot of Lotera, Race 2, Piku and Chennai express and Deepika was spotted on the set of ‘Dil dhadakne do’. Finally after six years of wait, on October 21st 2018, the gorgeous, stunning and beautiful pair joint social media and announced their wedding date which made their fans overwhelmed with joy and here is the wedding announcement circulated.
“With the blessings of our families, give us immense joy in sharing that our wedding is set to take place on the 14th and 15th of November, 2018. We thank you for all the love you have showered upon us over the years and seek your blessings as we embark on this incredible journey of love, loyalty, friendship and togetherness. Lots of Love, Deepika and Ranveer” Did anyone guessed about their wedding date?? Yes it has an importance because it’s the day they first met on the sets. They planned their wedding as a close family event at the gorgeous Lake Como, Italy. Also they showed their big heart by urging the guests to donate the marriage gifts to Deepika’s The Live Love Laugh foundation.
It is a two days ceremony to respect their traditions by celebrating Konkani on 14th Nov and Sindhi on 15th Nov. On the first day Ranveer was in a Pale Kurta according to Konkan style and Deepika’s was in burnt orange and gold coloured saree combined with traditional kundan jewellery designed by one of the India’s leading designer Sabyasaachi Mukherjee known for his traditional Indian fashion. On the following day both of them look gorgeous with the crimson and golden traditional wedding attire. Deepika is well decorated with jewellery sets, red bindi on her forehead, bracelets to both her hands, umbrella like ornaments hanged to the bangles often wore by punjabi brides and also many number of rings.Of all these, the most attracting thing is there was a sanskrit quote written on the edge of her duppatta as “Sada Saubhagyavathi Bhava” which means always stay lucky as a married woman. Many celebrities commented them to have a wonderful life ahead. As their marriage was only with close family members they planned a reception on Nov 21st 2018 at Leela palace, Bengaluru. After this, there will be a grand function in Mumbai on Nov 28th 2018 which is expected to be filled by the bollywood industry.
