Lemon Tea

Lemon helps to strengthen your immune system, cleanse your stomach, and it is also considered as a blood purifier.   • Lemon– 1 tbsp
  • Water (warm preferred) – 1 glass

Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar or “ACV” is made from cider or apples. Its acetic acid helps you get rid of belly fat.   • Honey(optional) – 1 Tsp

Take a glass of warm water and mix 1tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar. Add a teaspoon of honey to it. Give it a nice stir. Have this water in the morning on empty stomach. Wait for at least 30 minutes before you eat or drink anything. You can drink this water twice a day; in morning and at night before bed. Make sure that you get the unfiltered apple cider vinegar. Filtered ACV will not be of much help when it comes to losing fat from around your waist.

  • Honey(optional) – 1 Tsp

Take a glass of warm water and mix ½ tsp cinnamon powder. Add a teaspoon of honey to it. Mix it well. Drink this water in the morning on empty stomach. Wait for at least 30 minutes before you eat or drink anything.
You can also add cinnamon powder to your milk, tea, coffee, smoothies, mix it with cereals, sprinkle on toasts or salads, or even add it to your gravies and curries.
